Set on Ibiza's eastern coastline in the quiet residential area of Siesta, Hotel Mongibello Ibiza overlooks the Mediterranean and the sheltered cove of Es Caló de s'Alga. The property sits just outside Santa Eulària des Riu, with direct beach access and a coastal promenade connecting guests to the town's waterfront, restaurants and marina. Part of Concept Hotel Group, Mongibello draws its identity from the Italian Riviera of the 1960s and 1970s, particularly the atmosphere of the Amalfi Coast during the era of La Dolce Vita. Originally built in 1969 and completely renovated in 2023, the property reimagines this Mediterranean heritage through contemporary design, Italian gastronomy and a playful connection to Ibiza's artistic past. For the 2026 season, the hotel transitioned to five-star status and became part of the Lifestyle collection of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.

The hotel contains 168 rooms and suites, including 32 individually themed suites dedicated to personalities who helped shape Ibiza's cultural identity. Designed by Michele Corbani and Andrea Spada of ILMIODESIGN, the interiors combine Italian eclecticism with Mediterranean colours, patterned surfaces, vintage-inspired furnishings and contemporary artwork. Accommodation ranges from Deluxe Rooms with balconies to larger sea-view suites, with selected categories featuring private terraces and outdoor showers. The Bello Suite introduces a 50 m² rooftop terrace overlooking the coastline, while illustrations by Ibizan artist Marcos Torres celebrate the island's creative history throughout the suite collection.

Much of the experience unfolds around the pool, beachfront terraces and dining spaces. Sorella Ristorante interprets traditional Italian cuisine through Mediterranean ingredients, while Sorella Terrazza offers seasonal dishes, aperitivo-style snacks and cocktails overlooking the sea. Lola's, a hidden cocktail lounge inspired by one of Ibiza's earliest nightclubs, adds a more intimate evening atmosphere. Elsewhere, the property offers a Technogym fitness centre, poolside wellness treatments and direct access to Es Caló de s'Alga, with live music and gastronomic events forming part of its seasonal programme.
